Set up HL7 communications from the spoke Connectivity Manager to the hub Connectivity Manager.
To send the spoke Patient UID to the hub
Click HL7 Out.
From the Select Mappings Object to View / Edit list, select Patient.
Click Add Mapping.
From the Adding mapping to Group list, select Patient Information.
In the Source Expression box, type mcf('patient_instance_uid').
In the Destination Expression box, type pid(41,1).
Click Save.
Click OK.
