License Manager Administrator Tool commands


The following table lists all commands available in the License Manager Administrator Tool, and what they do. The commands are not case sensitive, and must be prefaced by almadmin and include the -. For example, almadmin -listall.

Command Description
-help Displays a list of the commands available in the tool.
-install <filename> Installs a license onto the Application Server.
-activate <serialnumber-revisionNumber> Activates a license so it can be assigned to IMPAX roles.
-unInstall <serialnumber-revisionNumber> Uninstalls a license from the Application Server.
-setAdminName <serialnumber> <name> Assigns an administration name to the license.
-list Lists all licenses that have been activated on the Application Server.
-listAll Lists all licenses that have been installed on the Application Server.
-list <serialnumber-revisionNumber> Displays the status of each active session for the specified license.
-listMAC Lists the MAC addresses for all available network cards.
-cancel <ticket id> Releases a license and return it to the pool for others to use.
-cancelAll Releases all licenses currently being used.
-installLicPolicy <filename> Installs the licensing policy in the system. This command must be used only with a policy file generated by Agfa. It will not work with any other file.
-installLMconfig <filename> Installs the License Manager Administrator Tool configuration file in the system. This command must be used only with a configuration file generated by Agfa. It will not work with any other file.
