Occasionally licenses are assigned to a user, and are never released back in to the pool of available licenses. Use the -cancelAll command to force all licenses to be released, and make them available again to IMPAX Client users.
 | CAUTION! All users logged into IMPAX when the -cancelAll command is run will be logged out, and will need to log in again to get a new license. |
To release all active licenses using License Manager
Ensure you are at the C:\Program Files\Agfa\Impax Business Services\Licensing Admin Tool prompt.
At the prompt, type almadmin -cancelAll.
All licenses being used are released, and made available.
