Connecting the Application Server to a remote IMPAX RIS using Connectivity Manager

A secondary IMPAX RIS can be used as a report source through Connectivity Manager. Perform the following steps to identify the IMPAX RIS that will supply the reports displayed in the IMPAX Client Text area. A remote IMPAX RIS populates the IMPAX Client text area with the information available in the DICOM header of the images. The connection to the remote IMPAX RIS can also be configured without a Connectivity Manager.
