IMPAX 6.5.1 Server Knowledge Base home > Configuring IMPAX Server with Administration Tools > Body Part Manager
You can test that the study descriptions at your site match the source patterns, rule numbers, and body parts you have entered in the Administration Tools.
![]() | Tip: To monitor possible mismatches, you can assign a specialty of DID NOT MATCH to rule 1,000,000 to represent a description not matched by any rules. If you do this, remember to change the value back to the appropriate text (for example, to DEFAULT) after running the test. |
To test body part mappings
On the Setup tab, click Body Part
Manager. ![]()
In the Test String field, type the study description (RIS procedure code) to be mapped to a body part.
Click Test. ![]()
If the study description is matched to a body part, the Test Results dialog shows the source pattern and rule number that apply to the study description.
If the study description does not match, the DEFAULT (or DID NOT MATCH) mapping is applied. You may need to refine the source patterns and rule numbers in the system to get the result you want.
To close the Test Result dialog, click OK.
