Display function settings: Reference

Use these options when creating or modifying display response functions.

Video or p-value Data

Options	How it is used by IMPAX
Data are Linear p-values	After the window level, pixel values are mapped directly to p-values as defined by DICOM. This is a perceptually linear response shape based on the Barton method of human visual response.
Gamma-Corrected Video	Pixel values are intended to be displayed on an output device with a gamma response such as a video monitor. This includes video capture data and most older modalities.
