To schedule studies for archiving, the archive uses a window setting. The window has a configurable time frame for each day of the week. Each day, the archive has a time to start and end archiving of studies. Studies are not scheduled for archiving outside the archive window.
To configure allowed archived times
On the Setup tab, click Autopilot Management.
From the Select Cached Station list, select the station.
For each day of the week:
Select the hour for the archive window to start at (in 24-hour format).
Select the hour for the archive window to end at (in 24-hour format).
For example, to specify an archive window from 2 PM to 6 PM, set the Start time to 14:00 and the End time to 18:00.
Switch to the Configuration tab if not selected.
Click Save.
 | Note: To specify an archive window that spans over two days, set the start time to be later than the end time. For example, to specify an archive window from Sunday 10 PM to Monday 6 am, set the start time for Sunday and Monday to 22:00 and the end time for both Sunday and Monday to 6:00. |
