Troubleshooting: Cannot access certain features

Issue

I do not have access to a feature that I want to use. For example, I want to use the Study Information dialog in the Study Manager, but cannot.

Details

Permissions to access managers and functions in the Administration Tools are set through the Configure area, Users and Roles section in the IMPAX Client.

Solution
