To prevent outdated fields from being used in demographic layouts, delete custom DICOM fields that are no longer required.
To delete custom DICOM fields used in demographic layouts
On the Setup tab, click Source Manager.
Switch to the Other tab.
Click Demographic Layout Manager.
In the DICOM Fields for <Modality> list, select the field to delete.
Click Remove DICOM Field.
To confirm the deletion, click Yes.
