If IMPAX is integrated with the IMPAX RIS as its reporting solution, all users must be mapped to their IMPAX RIS user ID. Then, when a user is logged into IMPAX, IMPAX can communicate correctly with IMPAX RIS.

To map an IMPAX RIS user to an IMPAX user
From the Configure drawer menu
, select Users and Roles.In the navigation pane, select a user.
In the details pane, expand the User bar.
Switch to the Mapping tab.
In the Agfa RIS User ID field, type the IMPAX RIS user ID.
The user ID must be exact.
Click Apply.
The mapping is added and displayed in the userName is mapped to list. The changes are saved automatically when you switch context.
