Removing a user from a secondary role

If you no longer need a user in a secondary role, you can remove the user from that role. To remove a user completely from the system, delete the user from his or her primary role.

To remove a user from a secondary role

  1. From the Configure drawer menu Configure drawer menu, select Users and Roles.

  2. In the navigation pane, right-click on the user and select Delete userName from secondaryRoleName.

    The user is removed from the secondary role.
