Use the Edit Markup tool to move or resize any markups on a study image.
To move or resize markups
From the top toolbar, Markup button menu, select Edit Markup.
Click the image that contains markups to edit.
All markup control points are displayed.
To move a markup, drag its center control point to a new position.
To resize a markup, drag one of its outer control points to a new position.
To finish editing, right-click.
