Use the Markup Arrow tool to point to areas of interest on a study image.
To draw an arrow
From the Image area top toolbar, Markup button menu, select Markup Arrow.
Click the end point of the arrow.
Click the arrowhead location.
The arrow markup is placed.
To change the length or orientation of the arrow, drag either end control point to a new position.
The arrowhead size changes in proportion to the line length.
To set the arrow, right-click.
To delete the arrow, press the Delete key.
