IMPAX 6.5.1 Client Knowledge Base: Extended > Managing teaching files
If a teaching file contains images from only one patient's study, you can open the original study from which the teach file was created. (When adding images to teaching files, they can be from multiple patients.)
To open the original study from a teaching file
In the Text area's Study List, on the Teaching Files tab, right-click on a teaching file.
Select Open Original Study.
The study from which the teaching file was created is opened in the Image area. A tab for the open patient is created on the navigation bar at the bottom of the Image area.
Required permissions
General: Image Area operation
General: Modality > View All or specific modality operation
General: Teaching Files operation
General: Text Area > Enable Text Area operation
Study-based: View Study operation
