Creating keywords

Keywords are descriptive tags that you can add to a study. Later, you can search for the study using these keywords. You can create keywords for your personal use, or, create keywords available to all IMPAX users. For example, create a "biopsy" keyword to apply to studies you would like to follow-up on, or create a “poor image quality” keyword to use in an image QA workflow.

To create keywords

  1. In the List area, in a worklist, right-click a study and select Keywords.

    or

In the Text area under the Study bar, from the Keywords list, select ... (ellipsis) .

  2. In the Keywords dialog, click Customize.

  3. In the Add group, type the keyword.

  4. If the keyword is for all IMPAX users, select the System checkbox.

  5. Click Add.

The keyword is added to the keywords list. If you added a system keyword, the keyword is now available to all IMPAX users.

  6. Click OK.

  7. Click OK.
