Deleting worklists

If a worklist is no longer required, you can clean up the Worklist Library by deleting it.

To delete all instances of a scheduled worklist

  1. In the List area, click Worklists.

  2. Switch to the Scheduled Worklists tab.

  3. Right-click a scheduled worklist and select Delete All.

    All instances of the scheduled worklist are deleted and removed from the List area of anyone in the system who has it displayed. For example, if the scheduled worklist occurs on Monday each week, all past and future versions of that worklist are deleted from Monday in the schedule.

  4. To exit the Worklist Library, click OK.


To delete a standard, personal, sign-off, or proxy sign-off worklist

  1. In the List area, click Worklists.

  2. Switch to the appropriate tab.

  3. Right-click the worklist you want to delete and select Delete.

    The worklist is deleted and removed from the List area of anyone in the system who has it displayed.

  4. To exit the Worklist Library, click OK.
