Troubleshooting: Could not update the station list configuration data

Issue

While trying to make a change in the Configure area - Stations section, the following error message is displayed:

Could not update the station list configuration data.

Details

If you have the Configure area open for an extended time, other administrators may have made changes to the station list. Therefore, you could be working on an outdated copy of the station list. When trying to move stations or station containers that have been deleted or moved by another administrator, the error message is displayed.

Solution

To ensure you are working on an up-to-date copy, refresh the station list.

To refresh the station list

  1. From the Configure drawer menu Configure drawer menu, select Stations.

  2. In the title bar of the navigation pane, right-click and select Refresh.

    The station list is refreshed.
