Troubleshooting: Dictation is using analog instead of TalkStation or IMPAX Reporting

Issue

While the Dictate button seems to be working, I cannot get access to TalkStation or IMPAX Reporting.

Details

This behavior suggests that IMPAX is working in analog dictation mode.

Solution

Ensure that the appropriate software is installed on the Client workstation—either the TalkStation Client or the IMPAX RIS Client.

Go to the Configure area > Preferences > Text Area bar > Reporting tab. Ensure that the appropriate reporting solution is selected. For the IMPAX Reporting, ensure that the database name is correct.
