Problems accessing the Orthopaedic application could be due to:
Using a workstation on which the Orthopaedic application software has not been installed
Orthopaedic application network dongle not installed or workstation dongle not plugged in
Using a license file that does not include access to the Orthopaedic application
Not having been granted permission to use the Orthopaedic application
Solution
Use a workstation that has the Orthopaedic application installed.
Ensure that a network dongle is installed or that the workstation has a dongle plugged into the parallel or USB port.
Use a license that includes access to the Orthopaedic application.
Ensure that the permissions assigned includes the Orthopaedic application operation.
