Troubleshooting: IMPAX and the Orthopaedic application get out of sync

Issue

Normally, when I cycle to another patient's studies in IMPAX, I get a notification to save my orthopaedic planning work and close the Orthopaedic Pre-Surgical Planning window. Occasionally, however, I do not get that notification, and I have different patient studies displayed in IMPAX and in the Orthopaedic Pre-Surgical Planning window.

Details

If a dialog box is open in the Orthopaedic Pre-Surgical Planning window, the prompt to save and close the Orthopaedic application is blocked.

Solution

Close the open dialog box in the Orthopaedic Pre-Surgical Planning window before cycling or closing patient studies in IMPAX.
