Finalized reports cannot be modified. However, you can add an addendum to a report in TalkStation.
To create addenda to TalkStation reports
In the Image area, display the study whose report requires an addendum.
The report must be in Approved status. You can view the report content in the Text area.
From the top toolbar, right-click Dictate Study
and
select Sync
Into Dictation System.The Dictate Study button changes to Approved in TalkStation state.
If necessary, display the TalkStation window.In the Addendum section of the TalkStation window, add the necessary comments.
Click Sign Off Report or say Sign off report in Command mode.
Click OK or say OK in Command mode.
