Details
Problems accessing TalkStation can be due to any of the following:
User ID or password changed in IMPAX but not in TalkStation, or vice versa
Using a workstation on which TalkStation has not been installed or that is outside the TalkStation Server network
TalkStation Server being down
License file used not including TalkStation access
Assigned permissions do not include the TalkStation Integration operation.
Solution
If the User ID or password has changed in one application, change it to match in the other.
Ensure that the workstation has TalkStation installed and is running on the same network as the TalkStation Server.
Ensure the Do not verify password when integrated option is selected.
If the TalkStation Server is down, retry when it is restored.
Be sure to use a license that includes TalkStation access.
Have the PACS Administrator add the TalkStation Integration operation to your permissions.
