Worklists define the workflow of the department. A shared worklist displaying unclaimed studies provides a mechanism distributing studies among multiple radiologists. A radiologist can claim ownership of one or more studies from the worklist and the studies are automatically removed from the list of available studies.
To create a shared worklist to display unclaimed studies
In the List area, click Worklists.
In the Worklist Library, under Standard Worklists, click New.
In the Worklist Name field, type a name that describes the purpose of the worklist.
Ensure that the Type of Worklist is Standard Worklists.
Set the Radiologist search field to Starts with and Unclaimed.
If required, configure the columns that appear in the worklist.
Switch to the Organization tab and select a location for the worklist in the list hierarchy.
Click OK.
The worklist is added to the Standard Worklists group.
