In some cases, a shared workflow is created so that the worklist content can be distributed among multiple radiologists. From the workflow, the radiologists can claim ownership of the studies and the studies are automatically removed from the list of available studies. Radiologists can also claim studies owned by other users. For example, if radiologist A owns a study and unexpectedly is off before dictating all his studies, radiologist B can claim the study and complete the workflow.
To claim a study from the List area
From the shared worklist, select the study or studies you want to claim.
In worklist bar, click the menu.
Select Claim.
To claim a study from the Image area
From the top toolbar, click Claim.
