You can share results immediately with others by printing the report.
![]() | Note: In the Finish reporting dialog, you can select Automatically print report when validating, partially validating, or saving a report (note in the addendum workflow, this option is not available for partially validating or saving an addendum, nor is it available for background signoffs). If the IMPAX RIS TEXTAREA.EOL_PRINT_TO_DEFAULT parameter is enabled, the report automatically prints to the default printer. If the parameter is disabled, you are prompted to select a printer. |
To print a report with IMPAX Reporting
Open a study that has an existing report.
In the details pane, expand the Text area bar.
To print directly to the default printer, in the Report panel, click Print to default printer.
or
To select the printer, in the Report panel, click Prompt for printer. 
Select the printer you want to print to.
Click Print.
The print action is logged in the IMPAX RIS print history for the report.
If Output Management Solution (OMS) is installed and depending on the IMPAX RIS QBRIDGE.INSTALLED parameter , clicking Print can trigger a Send on demand action on the IMPAX Client. OMS manages report destinations. For example, the report can be faxed to the requesting physician whenever Print is clicked.
