Details
Merging a study means combining the images from multiple studies into a single study. Merge is used when images for one patient are captured in multiple studies but the images should all be in a single study.
Solution
Reasons why you cannot merge include:
If the Merge menu item is not enabled, then one or more studies you have selected to merge are not in one of the caches. Ensure that all studies are in the caches.
If the studies contain a large number of images, the merge will timeout and fail.
