Troubleshooting: What Application Server is my IMPAX Client workstation connected to?

Issue

I need to know what Application Server is handling the requests from this IMPAX Client workstation.

Details

In a load-balanced environment, the IMPAX Client points to the load balancer, and the load balancer redirects requests to a specific Application Server. For troubleshooting purposes, the IMPAX Client workstations and users need to know which physical Application Server is responding to its requests.

Solution

To determine what Application Server an IMPAX Client workstation is connected to

  1. In the IMPAX Client, select Help > About.
