Troubleshooting: Certificate for <Application Server name> expires in X days

Issue

When users with permission to manage stations and users log into the IMPAX Client workstation, the following message appears:

Certificate for Application_Server_name expires in X days 

Details

The SSL certificate on the Application Server has an expiry date. When the certificate is within 30 days or fewer of expiring, this warning message is displayed to all users that can ensure that a new certificate is requested, and imported onto the Application Server.

Solution

When the warning message appears:

  1. Create a new SSL certificate request.

  2. Submit the new SSL certificate request.

  3. Import the new SSL certificate and assign it to the appropriate services.
