Issue
Navigation of cached images causes flickering and a small white cross appears between the images.

Windows 7 and WDDM drivers do not support the BarcoMed and older MXRT (2100, 5100, and 7100) boards. For supported video configurations, see the "" topic in the IMPAX 6.5.1 Client Installation, Upgrade, and Configuration Guide.
Solution
 | CAUTION! Ensure that you contact customer support after changing the DirectX Acceleration value. The DirectX Acceleration amount should be set only by qualified PACS Administrators. |
In the Configure Area - Stations section, try setting a lower DirectX Acceleration value; for example, moving from 4 down to 1. Refer to Selecting the DirectX Acceleration applied to studies.
Exit IMPAX after changing this setting and log in again to check whether images on the diagnostic monitors are displayed appropriately.
