Troubleshooting: Summary files only contain headers

Issue

The summary files created by ianalyze only contain headers.

Details

If the summary files only contain headers, it usually means an error occurred.

Solution

1. Ensure the IMPAX Client is shut down.

2. Open a command prompt.

3. Execute ianalyze.

   Running ianalyze from a command prompt shows the errors that have occurred with the application.

4. To report the error, contact Agfa Support.
