Troubleshooting: Nothing happens when I run ianalyze

Issue

I double-clicked ianalyze.exe but nothing happened and no summary files were created.

Details

When double-clicking ianalyze, a command prompt window flashes quickly. If no output files are created, it usually means an error occurred.

Solution

  1. Ensure the IMPAX Client is shut down.

  2. Open a command prompt.

  3. Execute ianalyze.

    Running ianalyze from a command prompt shows the application errors that have occurred.

  4. To report the errors, contact Agfa Support.
