You can export merged operations to an Excel spreadsheet. This is useful to help manage permissions by viewing what operations a user is authorized or unauthorized to do, viewing merged operations, and searching operations.
To export merged operations
From the Configure drawer menu
, select Users and Roles.
In the navigation pane, select the role.
In the details pane, expand the Permissions bar.
Click Show Merged Operations.
To search for specific operations, in the Search for field in the Merged Operations Report dialog, type one or more values to search for operations on. Click Search.

To determine the list of displayed operations, click one of the following:
Search all operations—lists all of the operations in the IMPAX Client.
Search authorized only—lists only the operations authorized for the selected role.
Search unauthorized only—lists only the operations not authorized for the selected role.

Select the operations to export:
To select all the operations to export, click Select all.
To select specific operations to export, use the Shift and Ctrl keys.
Selecting an operation with sub-operations will export the operation with everything below it. For example, selecting PACS Client exports it and all of its sub-operations or selecting Add/Remove Key Images exports its five sub-operations.
Click Export.
In the Save As dialog, navigate to the folder where you want to export the operations to.
In the File name field, type the name of the exported operations file.
Click Save.
The operations are exported to an Excel spreadsheet in the selected folder.
To exit the Merged Operations Report dialog, click OK.
