Troubleshooting: Cannot create addendums or access other IMPAX Reporting features

Issue

I cannot create any addendums or access other IMPAX Reporting features.

Details

A DICOM SR report may be displayed instead of an IMPAX report. In an integrated IMPAX Reporting environment, the Show Report preference must be set correctly. If set to display DICOM SR reports first, the DICOM SR report could be displayed instead of the IMPAX report, which could block the workflow for adding addendums or re-reporting on a report that was previously deleted.

Solution

Ensure that the IMPAX reports are displayed first and only if none are found, display DICOM SR reports.
