Enabling permission color highlighting

Color highlighting allows you to associate the permissions shown in the For permission list with each role they are assigned to, and to determine which operations are assigned to each permission. This feature is disabled by default for each new user.

To enable permission color highlighting

  1. From the Configure drawer menu Configure drawer menu, select Users and Roles.

  2. In the details pane, expand the Permissions bar.

  3. To enable color highlighting, on either the General or Study-Based tab, in the For permission list, right-click and select Color.

    To disable color highlighting, in the For permission list, right-click and select Color again.
