Standard text is text saved for reports and addenda that is used on a consistent basis. Rather than create a completely new standard text, you can copy an existing one that is similar to what you need, then modify it to suit your needs.
To copy shared standard text to the personal folder
If the Standard Text catalog is not displayed, click Show Standard Texts.
Select the folder that you want to copy the shared standard text to.
From the Shared section, select the shared standard text you want to copy.
Click Copy Standard Text To Personal. ![]()
From the Edit Standard Text dialog, type a new name and voice command for the standard text.
Modify the text and fields as required.
Click OK.
The shared standard text with your modifications is copied to the Personal section.
