To help organize the standard text that you define, you can create a folder or subfolder. A subfolder is created if a folder is already selected in the Personal standard text section.
To create a folder for personal standard text
If the Standard Text catalog is not displayed, click Show Standard Texts.
In the Personal standard text section, click New Standard Text Folder.
In the Standard Text dialog, in the Code field, type a code for the standard text folder.
In the Name field, type the name of the folder.
Click OK.
