If the personal standard text or folder of standard text is no longer required, you can delete it.
 | Note: You cannot delete the shared standard text as it is shared across departments. |
To delete personal standard text
If the Standard Text catalog is not displayed, click Show Standard Texts.
In the Personal section, select the personal standard text you want to delete.
Click Delete Standard Text.
At the confirm deletion prompt, click Yes.
The personal standard text is deleted.
To delete a folder and all its personal standard text, select the folder and click Delete Standard Text Folder. To confirm the deletion, click Yes.
The folder, including the personal standard text it contains, is deleted.
