Troubleshooting: "TalkStation is not loaded with any orders" message appears

Issue

When I start dictating in IMPAX, I get the message "WARNING: TalkStation is not loaded with any orders. Please ensure that an order is loaded before dictation begins."

Details

With a TalkStation integrated IMPAX Client, the warning message is displayed to the user if no studies are loaded in TalkStation when they start dictation, but allows them to dictate. This warning is displayed when the TalkStation system preferences for automatically creating temporary orders are not selected for the user.

Solution

1. In TalkStation, ensure that the user's preference is configured to automatically create temporary orders. This option exists in two locations: the System Preferences Workflow tab (Allow automatic creation of temporary orders) and the Select Orders window Search by tab (Auto create temporary orders). Select both instances.
