You can remove key image notes from the Available Series Tray. Only the key image note (and all key images grouped in it) is removed; the original image remains in the study.

To remove a key image note from the Image area
In the Available Series Palette of the Image area, right-click the key image note and select Delete Series.
At the Confirm Delete prompt, click Yes.
The key image note and all related key images are removed.
