You can add additional information to the key image note to better communicate to clinicians and other radiologists what the key images in the key image note represent.
 | Note: You cannot add comments to key image notes produced by a third-party PACS, including an external IMPAX cluster. |
To add or edit a key image note comment
From the Available Series Palette of the Image area, right-click the key image note, and select Edit Comment.

In the Text area under the Report bar, right-click a key image, and select Edit Comment.
In the Edit Key Image Note Description dialog, type a comment.
Click Save.
In the Image area, the comment is applied to the entire key image note. In the Text area, the same comment is applied to each key image displayed in the For Report Attachment key image note.
