You can open and close scheduled worklists from the At-a-Glance area.
To open a scheduled worklist from the At-a-Glance area
In the List area, click the Date menu. 
The At-a-Glance message box is displayed.
Switch to either the Today's Worklists or Upcoming Worklists panel.
Click on a worklist.
The worklist opens in the List area.
To close a scheduled worklist from the At-a-Glance area
From either the Today's Worklists or Upcoming Worklists panel, click the name of worklist again.
The worklist is closed.
