Activate the Report Server Interface (RSI) so the hub Connectivity Manager can service web-based report requests.
To Web Services for servicing report queries
Log in to Connectivity Manager Service Tools.
Hover the pointer over Device Manager and select System Devices.
Select CM_Report_Server_Interface.
From the Reporting Web Service Enabled list, select true.
Select the Restart Device checkbox.
Click Save.
