IMPAX 6.5.1 Application Server Knowledge Base > Configuring spoke and hub communications
After the configurations are completed, the spoke Connectivity Manager sends messages to the hub Connectivity Manager. Check the log files for possible errors.
To test the configuration by searching for error messages in the log files
On the spoke Connectivity Manager, in C:\Connectivity\mcf\log, open the file hl7out.log and search for errors.
On the hub Connectivity Manager, in C:\Connectivity\mcf\log, open the file hl7in.log and search for errors.
If the configuration has no errors, observe the messages flowing from the spoke Connectivity Manager to the hub Connectivity Manager:
Log the hL7out device on the spoke Connectivity Manager at INFO.
To confirm the information is correct, choose an order that was transferred from the spoke Connectivity Manager to the hub Connectivity Manager, open the Clinical Data Browser on each Connectivity Manager and compare the data that is stored in the CDS for each.
All values should match with the exception of the references within each table.
Choose a report that was transferred from the spoke Connectivity Manager to the hub Connectivity Manager, use the asp-report-browser utility to view a report on the spoke Connectivity Manager and hub Connectivity Manager to ensure the information was successfully transferred, stored, and displayed.
