Specifying the hub Connectivity Manager report source

If the requesting service value is not included in a report request, IMPAX searches the spoke default report source, then the hub default report source for the report. In hub and spoke configurations, you should specify the hub Connectivity Manager report source as the default report source.

To specify the Connectivity Manager report source

  1. On the Application Server, open the Business Services Configuration Tool.

  2. Switch to the Web Services tab.

  3. In the Report Info Sources section, click Add.

  4. In the Report Source Provider box, type ENTERPRISE or another name that does not match any spoke name.

  5. From the RIS Type list, select Connectivity Manager Queryable RIS.

  6. In the Connectivity Manager Server box, type the host name of the hub Connectivity Manager.

  7. Select the Default Report Source checkbox.

  8. Click OK.

  9. Under Connectivity Manager IP Filtering, in the Grant Access to IP box, type the IP address of the hub Connectivity Manager.

  10. Click Add.

  11. Click OK.

  12. Click OK.
