If an archive or a station on the server malfunctions, you may need to halt all jobs in the queue. Otherwise, jobs result in error after a set number of unsuccessful attempts to transmit, store, or retrieve study data. Halting the queue freezes all requests until the system is in working order.
To halt job queues
On the Daily tab, click Job Manager.
From the queues list, select the queue to halt.
To halt all queues, select All Queues.
Click Halt Queue.
