Jobs are processed in the Job Manager according to priority. By default, all jobs are assigned a priority 1 status. You can manually increase the priority if the job must be processed urgently. The higher the number, the higher the priority.
![]() | Note: The Automatically Refresh List checkbox simply updates the display as activity occurs. If you disable this option, the display remains static, despite the activity and processing that is taking place. Disable this option only if the queue contains a large number of jobs that seem to be bogging down the list. |
To set job priorities
On the Daily tab, click Job Manager.![]()
From the queues list, select All Queues.
Select the job that is urgent, or more urgent than the other jobs.
Click Increase priority. ![]()
The Priority changes by a factor of 1. The higher the number, the higher the priority.
You can also decrease the priority of a job by selecting
it and clicking Decrease priority. ![]()
