Use the volume recovery tool to perform a best attempt repair of IMPAX archive media that is missing data due to lost or damaged archive media. Use the volume recovery tool only when a mirror or copy of the problem volume is not available. If a mirror or copy exists, use the mirror or copy to generate a new primary volume.
