To delete a routing time option
On the Setup tab, click Source Manager.
Switch to the Other tab.
Beside the Routing Preset list, click Routing Manager.
In the Manager Dialog, beside the Routing Time list, click Add.
From the table of times, select the routing time to delete.
To delete the time, click Delete.
To confirm the routing time should be deleted, click Yes.
The deleted time no longer appears in the Routing Time list.
