Troubleshooting: Curator fails attempting to process PREPARE jobs

Issue

Curator processes fail when they attempt to process PREPARE jobs.

Details

Any secondary (slave) Curator processes must be able to access cache locations without logging in. If the web cache is created on a remote machine, you must manually configure the cache permissions.
