Certain key Client Knowledge Base topics are accessible from the IMPAX Client Help menu.
To open a specific Client Knowledge Base topic from the List, Text, or Configure area
From the List or Configure area bar, click the Help menu.
From the menu, select Getting Started, Keyboard Shortcuts, or Tools Index.
The selected page of the Knowledge Base is displayed in a browser window, in the IMPAX interface language (if available).
